Acceptance of Terms

  • By placing an order with thefrench-factor.com you will be deemed to have read and agreed to the Terms & Conditions of this website.

General / Refund policy

  • Tuitions or classes must be booked & paid for in advance prior to our lessons. 
  • Full payment will be taken upon ordering.
  • No refund will be made if the customer cancels less than 24 hours prior to our lesson/class.
  • If the customer cancels more than 24 hours prior to our lesson/class, thefrench-factor will endeavour to find another time slot or refund the customer.
  • If thefrench-factor needs to cancel a lesson/class, thefrench-factor will endeavour to find another time slot or roll over the lesson/class or refund the customer.
  • Block of 4 classes - Classes must be booked & paid for in advance or at the beginning of each block of 4 classes.

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards.

  • All credit and debit cards transactions are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card provider.

  • If the customer's card provider declines to authorise payment to us, we will advise the customer of this and invite them to use a different payment method if they wish to proceed.
  • We do not store customer’s card details but if a refund is necessary, those card details, which have been encrypted, can be retrieved by PayPal in order to make the necessary payments
